We spent yesterday on location at our latest project launch: Wild Honey St James, the decadent dining room and restaurant at Sofitel London St James in the heart of the capital.
As part of our project launches, we like to visit the venue to see the uniform in action and capture portraits of the team who wear them. It gives us a unique insight into how the uniform looks and feels.
We have designed a unique collection for Sofitel’s Wild Honey St James and its sister bar, St James Bar. A day-to-night solution, the team wear shirts and aprons during the day, adding a waistcoat for the evening for an even smarter look.
