2018 was a busy year for Field Grey. We launched a variety of bespoke collections and our Readywear range continued to prove successful for smaller businesses both in the UK and internationally.
2019 is shaping up to be another busy year and we’re working on some very exciting projects that are top secret at the moment – keep an eye on the blog for sneak peeks and updates.

Duck & Waffle Local
We created a unique half apron with rounded corners for London favourite Duck & Waffle’s latest venture in Piccadilly, Duck & Waffle Local. The vibrant red apron was embellished with the playful duck logo, embroidered in contrasting white. See the full project here.
Epic Pubs
Unique Hospitality manage three successful groups of pubs and Field Grey were approached to design a uniform for one of those: Epic Pubs. Each venue is located in varying sumptuous settings, so it was important that the uniform suited these inimitable locations. We designed a bib shirt with contrasting blues, inspired by denim pieces. Hilton London Syon Park
Hilton Hotels called on Field Grey to design uniforms for bar and waiting staff at their latest location, Hilton London Syon Park. The decadent hotel sits on the edge of the Syon House estate, the home of the Duke of Northumberland for over 400 years. For the waiting staff, who work both indoors and outdoors, we created a set of seperates that included a micro-stripe bib shirt, demi-apron and straw hat, all inspired by nature. Giant Robot
We had lots of fun working with the team at London Union, who began life taking over derelict sites and turning them into delectable street food experiences. For their latest venture at Canary Wharf – Giant Robot – they had taken inspiration from the film Alien for the interiors. We delved into the film’s archives, sourcing workwear indicative of the period. We also created a bespoke embroidered patch. See the full project here.
