On the third floor of the Royal Festival Hall lies Skylon, an incomparable dining experience on London’s South Bank. With floor to ceiling windows, diners are afforded incredible views of the capital while sampling head chef Adam Gray’s contemporary British cuisine amongst the modernist decor.
Field Grey have designed and produced a complete uniform revamp which covers everything including tailoring, aprons and accessories. The new uniforms are being delivered as we speak, so the next time you’re at Skylon you should see the staff modelling them!
