London College of Fashion is renouned for producing the freshest fashion stars. On Monday, the latest batch of students presented their graduate collections at a lavish catwalk show held at Blossom Street Studios, Shoreditch.
Twenty graduates presented their collections, covering many of the college’s disciplines, including womenswear, menswear, knitwear, textiles, accessories and design development.
The standard was, as always, exceptionally high. Menswear was particularly strong, with exceptional tailoring and lots of workwear details to get us hot under the collar. Womenswear was conceptual and diverse, from couture dresses to political statements and a whole world of influences.
